Remarks about the evaluations
- Course evaluations are compulsary and initiated by the dean.
- Students have to evaluate each course on a regular basis using a formalised questionnaire with rating scales from
- "1" (= very good teaching result) to
- "5" (= very bad teaching result).
The evaluations are carried out anonymously.
- All questionnaires are analysed by a special department (ZES) at the university using an automated system called "EvaSys".
- The number of students attending my courses in winter semester: approx. 130 - 140 and in summer semester: approx. 100 - 110.
- Click pictures below to enlarge for a better view. The pictures show a summary of the results of the evaluation of each course regarding the following points
- 1st: "contents",
- 2nd: "didactics",
- 3rd: "teacher’s professional demeanour"
- 4th: "learning progress",
- 5th: "overall rating of the course".
